Mentoring Volunteer Program     
We are recruiting volunteers for a mentoring program that allows American retirees/residents in Panama to support small business development and entrepreneurship. The program would target established businesses with gross sales smaller than $150,000 (micro enterprises).
Participation as a mentor will require a commitment of about six months. During this time mentors will meet with entrepreneurs on an agreed upon basis, as well as participate in certain program wide activity.  Volunteers can also support the program by making themselves available for administrative roles as they become available.
